Abstract

This study aims to systematically review the role of digitalisation in driving sustainable corporate performance through green innovation and green supply chain integration. Using a qualitative systematic literature review approach, this research synthesizes findings from prior empirical and conceptual studies to identify key relationships, mechanisms, and trends. The results indicate that digital technologies such as big data analytics, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things significantly enhance firms’ capabilities to develop green innovations and improve environmental performance. Furthermore, green supply chain integration is found to mediate the relationship between digitalisation and sustainability outcomes by enabling coordination, transparency, and resource efficiency across value chains. The review also highlights the importance of organizational readiness, regulatory support, and stakeholder pressure in maximizing the benefits of digital transformation. This study contributes to the literature by offering an integrative framework linking digitalisation, green innovation, and supply chain practices to sustainable corporate performance.
