Abstract

This qualitative research aims to investigate sustainable supply chain management practices through the perspectives of industry experts. The research adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing semi-structured interviews to collect data from a purposive sample of industry professionals with diverse expertise in supply chain management. Data analysis employs thematic analysis to identify recurring themes and patterns in the responses gathered. The findings reveal valuable insights into the current state of sustainable supply chain management practices, highlighting key challenges, emerging trends, and successful strategies employed by industry leaders. The study contributes to the understanding of sustainable supply chain management and offers practical implications for businesses aiming to enhance their sustainability performance within their supply chains.
