This qualitative study aims to investigate the role of innovation management in attaining competitive advantage. The research employs a qualitative approach to delve into the intricacies of innovation strategies within organizations. Sampling techniques involve purposive selection of participants with expertise in innovation management. Data analysis follows thematic analysis methods, allowing for in-depth exploration of patterns and themes emerging from interviews and documents. Results highlight the significance of innovation management practices in fostering competitive advantage, shedding light on the diverse strategies and challenges faced by organizations in this pursuit. This study contributes to the understanding of how effective innovation management can be leveraged to gain a competitive edge in today's dynamic business environment.
