Abstract

This qualitative study aims to explore the role of resilience in crisis leadership. Employing a phenomenological approach, the research delves into the lived experiences of leaders navigating crises, focusing on their resilience strategies. A purposive sampling technique was utilized to select participants with diverse leadership backgrounds. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews and analyzed thematically. The findings highlight various resilience mechanisms employed by leaders, including adaptive problem-solving, emotional regulation, and fostering team cohesion. Moreover, the study elucidates the significant impact of resilient leadership on organizational outcomes during crises, emphasizing the importance of cultivating resilience as a core competency for effective crisis management.
