Abstract

This qualitative research delves into the dynamics of cross-generational management, aiming to elucidate perspectives from Millennials and Baby Boomers. Employing a phenomenological approach, the study seeks to explore the lived experiences and perceptions of these two generations within organizational settings. Sampling techniques involve purposive sampling to ensure representation from both cohorts. Data analysis employs thematic analysis, allowing for the identification of recurring themes and patterns. Preliminary findings reveal nuanced differences in management perspectives shaped by generational backgrounds, shedding light on potential areas of conflict and collaboration within diverse workplace environments. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of intergenerational dynamics in management and offers implications for fostering effective cross-generational collaboration in contemporary workplaces.
